Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer a voltage generator of high voltage with a resistor having small relative ratio by devising a breeder circuit. CONSTITUTION:Transistors (TRs) 7, 8 form a current mirror circuit, a resistor 6 is connected to a connecting point between the collector and the base of a TR7 being an input terminal of the current mirror circuit and a resistor 9 is connected to the collector of the TR8 being an output terminal similarly, and the other end of the resistors 6, 9 is connected to an output terminal 13 and a current source 12. The base of a TR10 is connected to the connecting point between the TR8 and the resistor 9. The emitter is connected to a constant voltage element 11 and the collector is connected to the output terminal 13. The current source 12 is connected between the output terminal 13 and ground as bias supply. Thus, the output voltage depends on the voltage drop of the constant voltage element 11, the relative ratio of the resistors 6 and 9, and the emitter area ratio of the TRs 7, 8.
