Abstract:
To linearly reduce a gate voltage of a reset transistor at the reset of pixels to reduce noise in an imaging apparatus, especially, to reduce noise included in the gate voltage itself to improve image quality.SOLUTION: In an imaging apparatus 100, a voltage supply circuit 50A capable of supplying a low-noise inclined voltage to a unit pixel cell 10A comprises: an inclined voltage generating circuit 52; a first amplifier 54; a first capacitative element 56 connected between the inclined voltage generating circuit 52 and the first amplifier 54; and a first feedback circuit 62 that negatively feeds back output from the first amplifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
