Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage waveform measuring device capable of achieving high-speed sampling and long-time monitoring.SOLUTION: A high-speed A/D converter 9 converts an input signal Vin to a digital signal Df. A signal processing circuit 10 subjects the digital signal Df to signal processing. A low-speed A/D converter 8 converts the input signal Vin to a digital signal Ds. An arithmetic logical unit 12 determines whether to set a power mode to a normal mode or a power-saving mode on the basis of an external mode switching signal Smext and the digital signal Ds. A power supply circuit 21 receives an input signal in the normal mode, and generates internal power supply voltage V1. When power cannot be obtained from the input signal Vin, a battery 18 supplies the internal power supply voltage V1 instead of the power supply circuit 21. A switching circuit 17 is configured so as to supply power supply voltage to at least the high-speed A/D converter 9 in the normal mode and cut off the power supply voltage in the power-saving mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
