Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a vortex ring device suitable for generating and accelerating a fluid current by inducing flow of the fluid, with respect to the vortex ring device for inducing the flow of the fluid such as air and water.
SOLUTION: This vortex ring device is provided with a column or a cylinder made of a soft material capable of being easily compressed and strained, and formed into the ring shape 4, and can be continuously rotated around a center of the column or the cylinder by the application of rotating driving force in the direction of an arrow a1. A constitution wherein the vortex rings 4 are mounted in plural stages, and each vortex ring 4 can be independently rotated and driven in the direction of the arrow a1, is also available.
