Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient security even from simple check based on visual observation by human being at the time of refunding the voting ticket sold at another race track in a voting ticket issuing method.
SOLUTION: An in-race track connecting center 2 generates a check code for each combination of each holding information and each ticket issuing place(each race track 1A-1Z) (procedure 1), and distributes it to each ticket issuing place (a procedure 2). At the time of issuing a ticket at the A race track 1A, a check code is specified from the combination of the holding information of the voted competition holding and an A race track 1A being the voting ticket issuing place (a procedure 3), and it is carried in a voting ticket 3 (procedure 4). At the time of refunding the voting ticket at a Z race track 1Z, the check code carried in the voting ticket 3 is collated with the check code preliminarily distributed in the procedure 2 (procedure 5) so that the authenticity of the voting ticket 3 can be confirmed.
