PURPOSE: To make vulcanization uniform by reducing a temperature distribution, by providing in a standing state a cylindrical material having a blow-off port and discharge port connecting respectively with a fluid supply pipe and fluid discharge pipe of a vulcanizing device of elastomer on a base side jig.

CONSTITUTION: A fluid supply pipe 19 and fluid discharge pipe 20 performing in order supply and discharge of a vulcanizing medium under a predetermined temperature and pressure are arranged in a penetrating state on a vulcanizing device 10 for tire molding, which is constituted with a mold 13 consisting of a top force 1 and bottom force 12 and a base side jig 15. A blow-off port 24 and discharge port 25 are connected unitedly with the fluid supply pipe 19 and fluid discharge pipe 20 respectively under a state wherein a cylindrical member 21 is fixed to a base side jig 16. The blow-off port 24 is provided on the upper part of the external surface of the cylindrical member 21. A temperature distribution can be reduced and cooling effect can be improved by a methd wherein the blow-off port and discharge port are provided and heated water is discharged swiftly and sufficiently.
