Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking training system capable of preventing a trainee from deviating from a belt conveyor of a treadmill, and causing the trainee to continue training at a safe position.SOLUTION: A walking training system 1 includes: a treadmill 31; a first tensile part 33 for pulling a leg part of a trainee U mounted with a walking assist device 2 upward and forward through a first wire cable 36; a second tensile part 34 for pulling the leg part upward and backward through a second wire cable 37; a control device 35; and detection means for detecting positions or displacement of the first wire cable and the second wire cable. The control device 35 calculates a positional deviation of the trainee U using a first interval and a second interval, which are intervals from attaching positions to the leg part to predetermined heights from the floor surface in the first wire cable and the second wire cable respectively, which are obtained from a result of detection by the detection means, and adjusts an operation amount of the walking assist device 2 according to the positional deviation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
