Abstract:
Provided is a walk-behind cultivator in which the operation force of an operation tool can be reduced. This walk-behind cultivator comprises: a first cable (31) linked to a lever (24); a second cable (32) linked to a clutch mechanism (9); and a rotational solid (42) that comprises a first linking part (42b) that is rotatably supported and linked to the first cable (31) and a second linking part (42c) linked to the second cable (32), and that actuates the clutch mechanism (9) via the second cable (32) when rotated in a predetermined rotational direction via the first cable (31) by the operation of the lever (24). In a state in which the lever (24) has been operated to a maximum limit, the first linking part (42b) is disposed so as to be positioned near dead center where rotational force exerted by the second cable (32) does not act.
