CONSTITUTION: The fire extinguisher case which has an fire extinguisher housing part, is embedded into the wall surface and houses the fire extinguisher movably in and out is constituted by integrally providing the case with the fire extinguisher housing part of the fire extinguisher case and the illumination device for displaying the position of the fire extinguisher. A chargeable battery 4 which is a power source for illumination in the event of a service interruption is provided separately from an AC power source 6. A power source switching device which is normally connected to the AC power source and switches the power source so as to activate the battery 4 as the power source for illumination in the event of the service interruption.
