To provide a wall piercing pipe with a pedestal which can be accurately and easily mounted in wall piercing piping for a ceiling embedded ventilation fan and a pipe fan.

The wall piercing pipe with a pedestal is fixed to a column or a stud with two screws. The pipe can be cut off with a cutter knife or the like along the outer wall face when the outer wall is finished. When the pipe is used in such a structure, the pipe can be mounted to the column and the stud without cutting the pipe and boring a screw hole.
