Title:
WALL SURFACE SUPPORT HARDWARE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND BURIED RAIL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0642098
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to mount a hang bolt at any arbitrary position and simply comply with such service as partition.

CONSTITUTION: A rail 1 is adopted for a wall surface support article construction method which fixes support hardware comprising a bolt nut set with building ceilings, floors or walls 2 and built-in rails where the rail 1 has a ω-shaped cross section and comprises a tunnel 3 which longitudinally forms a sliding space for the support hardware comprising the bolt nut set, a slit 4 communicated with the tunnel 3 and a flat surface portion 5 formed at the tip of the slit 4. The flat surface portion 5 is arranged in conformity with a mounting plane so that the rail 1 may be buried in the ceiling, the floors or the walls 2. The support hardware is fixed on the tunnel 3 and the flat surface portion 5 by allowing the bolt to run through the slit 4 and the nut to be fastened. As described above, this construction, which buries the rail 1 when casting concrete, makes it possible to mount hang bolts or the like at an arbitrary position along the rail 1. It is also possible to change the location of the support hardware freely since it can be transferred along the rail 1 and comply with such service as partition or reformation.
