Abstract:
To provide substrate paper for wallpaper, with slight extension when wetted, and to provide wallpaper using the same.
The wallpaper has a substrate layer containing at least wood pulp and an upper layer formed on the substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer contains a compound in which an alkylene oxide is added in an average amount of 4-16 mol to glycerol.
