The present invention relates to the Internet of Things (IoT) and belongs to the technical field of International Patent Classification (IPC) G06Q. The present invention ascertains the demand for a product that is stored at a warehouse and varies a storage fee for the product. The present invention receives product information that includes a storage count for a product that is to be stored at a warehouse 20 from a seller 10, links to a plurality of EC sites at which the seller 10 is registered to sell the product, specifies product pages that are displayed at the plurality of linked-to EC sites and correspond to the product, sets inventory counts that are displayed at the specified product pages to the same number as the received storage count, calculates a remainder count by subtracting sales counts from the storage count when the product is sold at the plurality of linked-to EC sites, resets the inventory counts that are displayed at the specified product pages to the same number as the calculated remainder count, and varies a storage fee for storing the product in accordance with the remainder count.
