PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the oxidation of the upper surface of a fried food, and simultaneously, to carry the article while maintaining a freshness, by coating a band heating element equipped with band electrodes at both edges with a coating material, composing a loop-shaped belt main body and making the band electrodes and an external electrode energizable.

CONSTITUTION: For the parts of band electrodes 2a and 2b at the back surface side of a belt 1 main body 1, a coating material 4 is peeled out and exposed, power feed rollers 5a and 5b are in contact with the exposed band electrodes 2a and 2b, and the power feed rollers 5a and 5b are connected to a power cord 6. The fried article to be just fried is placed on the belt 1 main body in which the surface temperature is controlled at a definite temperature, it is made to pass a hot wind furnace in such a condition, it is carried to a packaging line, and thereby, the fried article can be carried to the packaging line in the condition while maintaining freshness without the oil adhering onto the upper and lower surfaces of the fried food is solidified or oxidized.
