PURPOSE: To provide a warp series-shed weaving machine which allows the arrangement to an arbitrary installation space.

CONSTITUTION: The warp series-shed weaving machine is arranged within a first frame 5 and has a warp beam 1 which forms sub-assemblies in respective cases, a weaving rotor 2, a warp feed mechanism 3 and a cloth feed mechanism 4. The warp feed mechanism 3 and the cloth feed mechanism 4 are respectively selectively mountable at either of the upper side and lower side of plane 27 formed by the respective revolving shafts 25 and 26 of the warp beam 1 and the weaving rotor 2. The plane 27 is a reference plane to determined the relative positions of the mechanisms 3 and 4. As a result, the change of a warp module may be executed in accordance with the prescribed method independently from the constitution of the warp beam 1 and the cloth beam 6.
