The wash-free rice producing device, which includes a wet processing part that softens bran on the surface of raw material polished rice, a thermal material processing part that adds a heated granular material to the polished rice processed in the wet processing part and performs adsorption of the bran on the surface of the polished rice to the granular material, a separation and drying part that dries the surface of the polished rice processed in the thermal material processing part and separates the granular material, and a granular material regeneration part that is provided with a granular material polishing part for separating the bran of the granular material separated in the separation and drying part, a drying part for drying the polished granular material, and a conveying part for returning the dried granular material to the thermal material processing part, is provided with a recycle inspection tool for performing inspection to determine whether the granular material separated in the separation and drying part can be recycled or not is provided between the separation and drying part and the granular material regeneration part.
