Abstract:
To suppress the deterioration of a work environment and to perform efficient washing without damaging the shape of a low rigidity member, in a washing apparatus for spraying a dry ice powder-containing gas on a washing article to wash the washing article.
The washing apparatus is equipped with a jet nozzle 971 for ejecting the dry ice powder-containing gas and supply parts 94 and 96 for supplying the dry ice powder and gas to the jet nozzle 971. The jet nozzle 971 is constituted so as to eject the dry ice powder-containing gas under a pressure of 0.2-0.5 MPa.
