PURPOSE: To safely and easily wash a patient by forming a slender inverse U-shaped grooved hood which encloses the upper part of the patient with a pneumatic sheet provided with a large number of air chambers, and providing the upper part of the hood with a nozzle to jet washing liquid facing downward.
CONSTITUTION: This washing device 1 is comprised of placing a soft capsule 5 on a supporting table 2. The capsule 5 is provided with an inverse U-shape grooved hood 6 formed slenderly in the forward/backward direction formed with the pneumatic sheet provided with a large number of air chambers 7, 16 on the entire plane integrally with a plate shape mat 15 which closes the bottom of the hood 6, and the hood 6 is divided at the apex part, and divided edges 10, 11 can be connected with a fastener 12. Also, elliptical windows 8 are formed with a transparent and soft vinyl sheet on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the hood 6, and also, a hand insertion port 9 is formed in the center part of each window 8. Nozzles 20 are mounted on plural places of a hose 19 arranged on the inner plane of the apex part of the hood 6 facing downward.
