Abstract:
To provide a washing device washing work inside and efficiently drying organic solvent cleaning liquid remaining in the work inside after washing.
This washing device 100 washing the works 1 with the flowing of washing liquid and forming washing liquid into an evaporative solvent, is provided with a work gripping means 10 connecting the works 1 into a circulation passage 20 forcingly sending the washing liquid and gripping the works, and a washing performance part 30 having a an opening 33 for taking-in and taking-out the works 1 and containing the work gripping means 10 to wash the works 1. The opening 33 is provided with a cooling part 40 to narrow the opening area.
