Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the safety even if washing is executed by using water, in which a work consisting of a material for generating hydrogen gas by reacting to water is washed.
CONSTITUTION: A work 4 made of magnesium is washed by a first washing means 22 for jetting washing water together with compressed air, and a second washing means 27 for jetting it by delivery pressure of a pump 23. Eliminated matter 38 eliminated from the work 4 by washing is separated by a net 11. In a washing device 1, sometimes hydrogen gas is generated, but its hydrogen gas is exhausted forcibly to the outside by an exhausting means 31. Concentration of the exhausted hydrogen gas is detected by a hydrogen gas sensor 32, and in the case its detected value exceeds a reference value, an alarm is raised by an alarm device 33.
