Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing processing device of metal processing trash in which dirt of metal processing trash can be cleansed and removed sufficiently and effectively in a short time and at low cost, and, in a case that cleansing and processing metal processing trash of difference materials, contamination of the different materials can be prevented.SOLUTION: A cleansing processing device of metal processing trash K is configured to include a basket-like container 10 of the metal processing trash K which comprises plural stirring blades 30A, 30B at the inner surface of a cylindrical peripheral wall part 12 and a transportation device which transports and hands over the metal processing trash K together with the container 10 to plural processing parts including a cleansing part 42 provided along a transportation line in turn from the upstream side to the downstream side of the transportation line. At the cleansing part 42, provided are a liquid tank 130 for storing the cleansing liquid and a rotation device which rotates the container 10 under a condition of facing laterally around the axial line in the liquid tank 130, and, in the cleansing part 42, the container 10 is rotated under a condition that the metal processing trash K together with the container 10 is immersed in the cleansing liquid in the liquid tank 130, to stir and cleanse the metal processing trash K.
