A circulation passage 37 is through a water tub 24 in which a drum 26 is internally provided. A heat exchanger 35 is provided on the upstream side in which air circulates, and a blower 33 and a heater 34 are arranged on the downstream side. In the heat exchanger 35, a water feeder 38 is provided in the upper portion on the inside of a vessel case 50 and ribs 42 and 61 scattering water fed from the water feeder 38 are provided in the lower portion, and a swollen space 62 lowering the flow velocity of circulating air is formed above the ribs 42 and 61 in the vessel case 50.
