At least a part of the resin component is a three-layer structure 23, 28 with inner layer parts 21 and 26 being disposed between outer layer parts 22 and 27 respectively.The outer layer parts 22 and 27 are non-foamed bodies and the inner layer parts 21 and 26 are made of foamed bodies, so heat transfer to the outside is small and drying time and power consumption can be reduced.
