A washing and drying machine 1 comprises: an outer case 10 in which an upper surface plate 11 having a laundry loading port 12 constitutes a top surface part; a water tub 20 housed in the outer case 10; a spin-drying tub 30 housed in the water tub 20 and having a pulsator 32 at its bottom; a blower 50 that blows air into the spin-drying tub 30; a heater 54 that heats up the air blown by the blower 50; and a bellows 21 that connects the opening edge part of the water tub 20 and the laundry loading port 12 of the upper surface plate 11. The lower end part of the bellows 21 is connected with the water tub 20 while the upper end part is connected with a laundry loading port 92 of a holding member 90 mounted to the outer case 10. The laundry loading port 12 of the upper surface plate 11 is connected with the laundry loading port 92 of the holding member 90.
