To provide a washing and drying machine capable of uniformly attaching and impregnating charged particulate water to an object to be washed.
A washing and drying machine comprises: a drum 1; a water tank 2; a blower 4 having a fan motor 4b for a blower; a heating part 17 disposed upstream of the blower 4; a first blowing channel 9 having an opened first outlet 8 at a back side of the drum 1; a second blowing channel 11 having an opened second outlet 10 in front of the drum 1; air channel switching means 12 capable of selectively switching the first blower channel 9 and the second blower channel 11; an electrostatic atomization generator device 42 capable of generating charged particulate water; and a controlling part 41 capable of controlling each operation and sequentially controlling a series of steps and sterilization/deodorization step. The controlling part is configured to discharge charged particulate water into the drum from the first outlet and the second outlet by switching the air channel switching means in the sterilization/deodorization step so that the charged particulate water can be uniformly attached and impregnated into the whole parts of an object.
