To provide a washing and drying machine that can maintain a sanitary space clean even though having a simple structure and is inexpensive.

The washing and drying machine comprises: a water tank; a rotary drum provided in an inner part of the water tank; a drying air path in which drying air to be supplied to the water tank and the rotary drum passes through; a blower fan 70 and an ion generator 80 which are arranged at the drying air path; an exhaust duct 73 communicated with the drying air path; a suction port 69a that is formed at a suction side of the blower fan 70 in the drying air path; and a filter 71 that is arranged at a more upstream side than the suction port 69a in the drying air path and removes dust. A communication part of the exhaust duct 73 and the drying air path is formed between the suction port 69a and the filter 71.
