Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine including a novel blower fan unit in which noise reduction and improvement in an air blowing amount have been achieved.SOLUTION: A tongue end part 62 of a scroll surface 60 is inclined toward an impeller 52 side, and a gap between the tip of the tongue end part 62 and an outer peripheral surface of the impeller 52 is made to be narrow. Also, a place from the tongue end part 62 to a final end part 61 is divided into two with a predetermined scroll surface change position 64 being a boundary, and an increase ratio of gap length between the scroll surface and the impeller from the tongue end part 62 to the scroll surface change position 64 is defined as a first gap length increase ratio, and an increase ratio of gap length between the scroll surface and the impeller from the scroll surface change position 64 the to the final end part is defined as a second gap length increase ratio, the scroll surface is formed by having the relationship of the first gap length increase ratio>the second gap length increase ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
