Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine capable of sterilization and deodorization not only in a tank but also in an installation place.SOLUTION: A washing and drying machine comprises: an air blowing part 64 for blowing air into a water tank 44 and a circulation air path 72; an electrostatic atomization unit 81 for supplying charged fine particle water into the circulation air path 72; an openable/closable lid 80 which is provided on an upper surface part of a housing 43, communicates with the circulation air path 72 on the downstream of the water tank 44 and the upstream of the air blowing part 64, and can be opened outward; and lid opening/closing detection means 83 for detecting the opening/closing of the lid 80. When a nano-e course is selected by input setting means 77, the lid opening/closing detection means 83 detects the opening/closing of the lid 80 and the electrostatic atomization unit 81, the air blowing part 64 and others are driven to operate a first nano-e course or a second nano-e course, so that sterilization and deodorization not only inside the washing and drying machine but also in an installation place thereof can be performed simply and inexpensively.
