Abstract:

An insullation part for installing a solid 37 for gradually discharging hypochlorous acid by coming into contact with water is provided at an inner tub (washing tub) 4, water containing the hypochlorous acid being discharged from the solid 37 is supplied into the inner tub 4, thus suppressing the breeding of germs in the inner tub 4 and washing.
