Abstract:
To easily take the washing in and out of a washing machine by automatically opening and closing a door of the washing machine with a vertical shaft.
An automatic door opening and closing device which can open automatically a door is composed of a motor 31 provided in the rear of the upper cover of a washing machine to fold the door for opening and closing a washing casting port of a vertical shaft washing machine by two hinges, a cam member 33 rotated by the motor and provided with two projecting parts 34, 35 and a driven member 50 provided fixedly in the rear end of the washing machine door 20 and provided with three projecting parts 51, 52, 53 to be interlocked with the projecting part of the cam member for opening the door.
