Abstract:
To enable minus ions to be stably added to air and restrict the growth of mold or germ in a washing machine without producing any ozone and without decreasing the amount of minus particles as a time elapses.
This washing machine 13 comprises a blower 5 for circulating air in this washing machine 13, photoelectron generating material 1, and a minus particle generating device having a light source for irradiating the photoelectron generating material 1 with ultraviolet rays, wherein the photoelectron generating material is electrically connected to the earth and the amount of generated minus particles can be generated in a stable manner without reducing their amount.
