Abstract:
To provide a washing machine which reduces the using amount of source water over a long period of time.
The washing machine is provided with a decomposition means for housing a catalyst which modifies and/or decomposes organic contaminated objects in washing water and turning washing water discharged from a washing tub to treated water by bringing it into contact with the catalyst and an oxidizing agent generation means for generating an oxidizing agent in the washing water housed inside the decomposition means, and the treated water is returned to the washing tub and reused in a rinsing process.
