To lower the cost of a control means whose operation specifications are different depending on a power supply voltage, to facilitate management to assembly and to eliminate the need of paying attention to selection at the time of the assembly.
By having an operator perform a specified operation, one of the plurality of operation specifications different for the respective power supply voltages provided in the control means is selected and set, and thus one operation specification suited to the power supply voltage of the spot is arbitrarily obtained. Thus, it is sufficient to prepare only one kind of the control means and the need of preparing many kinds as before is eliminated. Thus, the cost of the control means is suppressed to be low, the management to the assembly is facilitated and the need of paying attention to the selection at the time of the assembly is eliminated.
