Abstract:
To provide a washing machine with excellent appearance, while forcibly releasing the locked state of a lid locking device by a simple structure.
The lid locking device 30 has a locking pin 31 which advances or retracts according to energization, and a locking hole 33 is formed in a lid 19 to be engaged or disengaged according to the advancement/retraction of the locking pin 31. When the locking pin 31 is engaged with the locking hole 33, the distal end of the locking pin 31 is pushed from the lid 19 side to forcibly release the engaged state.
