To provide a washing/drying machine capable of automatically resetting remaining operations to a proper process to easily continue the operations by measuring the volume of remaining clothes after removing some clothes.
In a washing machine including operation means for operating a setting condition of the washing machine and washing information notification means for notifying of washing information, after a user sets a process/condition for removing clothes and starts operations, a remaining time to the process/condition for removing the clothes is displayed. When reaching the process/condition, the washing information notification means notifies of timing of removal of the clothes to the user, and a condition allowing the user to remove the clothes is established. After removing the clothes, the volume of the remaining clothes is measured, and the remaining operations is automatically reset to a proper process and the operations are continued.
