To provide a washing machine provided with a plurality of sensors for detecting physical properties of the wash liquid with high accuracy.
A drainage system (pipe line) 5 includes a first pipe line 51 connected to an outlet 311 of a water tank 31, a drainage control unit 7 which is connected to other end of the first pipe line 51 and receives wash liquid from the water tank 31, and a second pipe line 52 extended between a circulation pump 71 provided with the drainage control unit 7 and the water tank 31. The drainage control unit 7 includes: a light sensor (wash liquid state detecting means) 72 for detecting turbidity of the wash liquid; an electrode sensor (wash liquid state detecting means) 73 for detecting conductivity of the wash liquid; a drainage pipe line 74 for draining the wash liquid outside; and a filter portion 76 for collecting lint contained in the wash liquid flowing from a drainage valve 75 for opening/closing a drainage pipe line 74 and a first pipe line 72. When the filter portion 76 is removed, a part of the light sensor 72 or electrode sensor 73 is at a visible position. Thus, a user uses a washing tool, such as a brush, to easily remove dirt.
