To provide a technique capable of suppressing a running cost by acquiring a water saving effect since it is desirable to reduce a use amount of tap water used for wash water and rinsing water, and to provide a new technique employing a desiccant device for performing adsorption and discharge of moisture.

In the washing machine provided with a drying process for drying clothes (laundry) in a wash water tank, there is provided a supply means which adsorbs and discharges the moisture from the air containing moisture in a wash water tank in the drying process, stores water generated in the desiccant device provided with a condenser for removing moisture from the discharged air in a water storage tank, and supplies the water in the water storage tank as wash water or rinsing water.
