Abstract:
To suppress unnecessary consumption of electric power in the case in which bubble abnormal occurrence is detected.
A washing machine includes washing means for washing laundry in a water tank and a hot water heater for generating hot water by heating water stored in the water tank and further a bubble sensor for detecting bubble abnormally generated in the water tank. When the bubble abnormal occurrence is detected by the bubble sensor for a certain number of times (YES in S2), the control is made to reduce the energization amount of the hot water heater (S3). As a result, it becomes possible to suppress unnecessary consumption of electric power in the case in which bubble abnormal occurrence is detected.
