Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate tuning an injection opening for wash finishing agent by small force to a position easiest of injection by allowing a dewatering tank to be released from being braked while in waiting condition.
CONSTITUTION: A wash finishing agent charging container 14 is formed in a fluid balancer case which is so disposed as to rotate integrally with a dewatering tank 2 around its upper edge, whereas the dewatering tank 2 is controlled by a control unit to release it from being braked while the dewatering tank is in waiting condition, which has been braked by a braking device built in a motive force transmitting device 5. Thus, the dewatering tank 2 is released from being braked and turned by small force, so that the charging container 14 can be moved to a front side position without special effort, at which the finishing agent can easily be charged.
