Title:
WASHING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3935287
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress the temperature rise of a power part, and make the power part adaptable to one wherein the heating density of the power part becomes larger, and one wherein a large-sized heat sink cannot be used.
SOLUTION: Among from peripheral walls 26 (insulating members) of a recess 21 of a top cover 2 which isolates a rotating tank by surrounding an electronic unit 22 (control section) having a power part 24 and a heat sink 25 which performs a radiation for the power part 24, on the bottom of a section located in the vicinity of the heat sink 25, more ventilation holes 27 than other sections are provided, and thus, an air stream which is generated by the rotation of the rotating tank is introduced from the large number of the ventilation holes 27 and made to flow around the heat sink 25, and by the air stream, the radiation of the heat sink 25 is accelerated.
