To provide a washing machine maintaining drying efficiency while reducing vibration transmitted to a body in washing and dewatering.
The washing machine 100 includes the body 10 having a clothing take-out opening 11; a water tub 20 arranged in the body 10 and having an opening 25 in a position facing the clothing take-out opening 11; a washing and spin-drying tub 21 rotatably provided in the water tub 20; and a seal mechanism 80 airtightly sealing and opening a clearance between the outer peripheral part of the clothing take-out opening 11 and the outer peripheral part of the opening 25, and a clearance formed at a part of a drying and circulating air passage 70 for blowing warm air into the water tub 20.
