A first sensor chamber 96 is arranged on the outside of a ventilation passage and is connected to the internal water storage part in the ventilation passage via a water passage part. In this constitution, the wafer surface of the first sensor chamber 96 hardly trembles even when the water surface of the internal water storage part trembles under the influence of the wind flowing in the ventilation passage. Consequently, since water hardly touches a first thermistor 101 in spite that the water level of the first sensor chamber 96 does not reach the first thermistor 101, the erroneous detection that the water level of the first sensor chamber 96 reaches the first thermistor 101 does not occur. Moreover, since the fluctuation of the temperature of the first thermistor 101 based on the fact that the wind flowing in the ventilation passage touches the first thermistor 101 does not occur, generally the water level of the internal water storage part 90 can be correctly detected by the first thermistor 101 without being affected by the wind flowing in the ventilation passage 66.
