To prevent damage to laundry by surely and quickly detecting the projection of the laundry from the upper edge end of a washing and spinning tub when performing blow drying.

The duty ratio Dn-1of PWM signals acquired when rotating the washing and spinning tub at high speed during a tub rotating process immediately before the blade rotating process of agitating the laundry and the duty ratio Dnof the PWM signals acquired when rotating the washing and spinning tub at high speed during the tub rotating process immediately after the blade rotating process are compared (S66, S68). When Dnexceeds Dn-1, since it is against the reduction of the duty ratio accompanying the progress of drying, it is judged that there is the possibility of the projection of the laundry, an operation is stopped and abnormality is reported (S70, S72).
