Title:
WASHING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08173679
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve washing efficiency by providing a hollow bar protruding from the washing tube inner wall, allowing water to flow through the hollow bar which is filled up with ceramic balls, and by speedily rendering water monomolecular with help of infrared rays generated by the ceramic balls in motion.

CONSTITUTION: To use this washing machine 100, the lid 3 of a cabinet 2 is opened, and soiled fabrics, detergent, and water are put into the washing tub 1. Next, a drive unit 5 fixed immobile to the cabinet 2 is operated for the rotation of the tub 1. A hollow bar protruding from the inner wall of the tub 1 stirs the contents, water comes into a chamber 11 through small holes 4a, and the water goes out of the chamber 11 through small holes 4a, this time colliding with ceramic balls 10. During this process, the hollow bar 4 changes its attitude causing ceramic balls 10 to collide with each other. The collision converts the kinetic energy of the ceramic balls 10 into thermal energy, and the resultant infrared rays are utilized to render water monomolecular for the enhancement of washing effect.
