PURPOSE: To simultaneously allow washing and dehydration while simultaneously performing weak washing and normal washing.

CONSTITUTION: The water-level of washing is beforehand set to a low water-level l, a motor shaft 12 and a rotary drum shaft 10 are connected by operating a change-over lever 19, and dehydration is performed by turning a drum 6 by the revolution of a motor 5 at high speed while also carrying out washing by rotating a rotary blade 4. When the water-level of washing is set to a high water-levle L, wash is charged into the rotary drum 6 and a washing tank 2 and the motor 5 is turned at low speed, weak washing at the rotary drum and normal washing at the washing tank can simultaneously be performed.
