Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the rotation/stop of a handling drum to be exactly detected by setting the rotation/stp detector of the handling drum consisting of a sensor for detecting the rotation of the handling drum, a differentiating circuit for differentiating processing signal from the sensor, and a one-shot multivibrator for generating output based on signal from the differentiating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The rotation/stop of a handling drum is detected at three positions. Before the previous washing process comes to an end and deliquefying process starts, a main motor 7 is driven at a washing rotational-speed by a variable speed motor controller 14 via an interface 12 from a CUP 13. When the deliquefying starts, then the motor is driven at a deliquefying rotational speed by the variable speed motor controller 14 via the interface 12 from the CPU 13. In this state, by the control of the CPU 13, the deliquefying is performed for a specified time. During the washing, also during the deliquefying, the reinforcing rib 5a of a handling drum side V-pulley 5 is detected by a sensor 9, and the output of pulse is generated, and via a differentiating circuit 10, the output of a one-shot multivibrator 11 is monitored by the CPU 13, and so the stop of the handling drum 4 can be detected.
