PURPOSE: To decrease environmental destruction and to obtain sufficient washing effect with a nonaq. washing without adverse influence on the human body by drying the objects which are to be washed and are washed with a detergent contg. a silicone detergent by the vapor of an incombustible inert liquid.
CONSTITUTION: Parts 1 of the objects to be washed which are transported by a conveyor 12 for a washing stage 30 connected to an inlet part 21 side conveyor 11 are washed by the detergent contg. the silicone detergent in a shower washing tank 32, by which the stains of the oil systems, water systems, etc., sticking to the parts are removed. The parts 1 are then passed in an immersion rinsing tank 41 of a rinsing and washing stage 40 by which the washing liquids and ionic stains sticking to the parts are rinsed away. The parts 1 are then transported by a conveyor 14 for a drying sage 50 into a drying furnace 51 filled with the vapor of the incombustible inert liquid (FC) and the vapor of the liquid FC is condensed to wash away the rinsing detergent remaining on the surface of the parts 1. The surfaces of the parts 1 are put into a dry state without being stuck with any thing when the temp. of the parts exceeds the b.p. of the liquid FC. The parts are ejected from an outlet part 22.
