Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make various equipments necessary for rinsing compact and to reduce running cost, in the washing of precise parts or jigs containing a rinsing process using water by enhancing sufficient rinse effect even when the use amount of a rinse solution is reduced to a large extent.
CONSTITUTION: A rinse solution emitting orifice is provided in the vicinity of the jet orifice (nozzle) of jet equipment planned so as to be capable of injecting air to the surface of matter to be washed at flow velocity of 0.5-300m/sec and the rinse solution emitted from the emitting orifice is finely devided or accelerated by the air injected from the jet orifice to be supplied to the matter to be washed.
