The equipment is constituted of a continuous oil component recovery device; a chamber; a conveyor for moving a substance to be washed; a drawing-out pump for the solvent used and used for washing; an air blasting and suction fan; and a vapor recovery device. The continuous oil component recovery device is provided with a solvent for washing; a liquid reservoir (tank); a flow feed pump; a pouring port for the washing solvent; a steam generation device; two-component azeotrope mixing vapor production pot; a distilling tower; a thermometer; a cooling unit; a drain valve and a drawing-out pump. Thereby, the washing solvent can be recycled and the cooling unit is detached and washing in both states of liquid and vapor can be carried out by utilizing the two-component azeotrope mixing vapor.
