PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive blood circulation promotion by providing a control means provided with a temperature detection means, a clock means and a storage means on the heater of private part washing water, and performing control on the basis of target water temperature calculated by using a control function.
SOLUTION: The flow passage of washing water 104 is provided in the washing water heating means 103 of a private part washing device, and temperature detection means 108, 109 are disposed in the upstream and downstream sides respectively. Inflow water temperature and the hot water temperature of washing water are detected with a control means 102 provided with a clock means 100, a flow detection means 107 and storage means 101, 110, and an amount of heating of the heating means 103 is controlled on the basis of a flow rate and temperature information. Counting is started by the clock means 100 as soon as washing start, and target temperature T during washing is calculated by means of the following control function by an arithmetic means. T(°C)=0.02t+36.0 (wherein, t≤300 seconds). Since an amount of blood flow due to heating is proportional to an exposed heating value, hot water temperature is gradually increased from 36°C in which a user feels comfortable warmth, and finally, washing of 42°C in which effective blood flow increase is desired is controlled.
